Partners – filled up with the wrong fuel?

How the partnership works

1. Call us: You or your customer call us. On the phone we clarify the vehicle, the fuel and the location and give you the fixed price.
2. We come to you: to the pump, the depot, the rental branch or the exhibition grounds. In Düsseldorf we are usually there within 15–35 minutes, elsewhere generally within 30–45 minutes.
3. Draining and flushing: directly on site, with our own service vehicle.
4. Disposal: the wrong fuel always goes to the official collection point.

Who we work with

• Filling stations: the pump is free again quickly and your customer is looked after on site.
• Towing and breakdown services: we take care of the draining – no need to tow the car to a garage.
• Car rental companies and fleets: one contact for the whole of North Rhine-Westphalia, fixed price in advance – ideal when customers are just passing through.
• Trade fairs and event organisers: we also help with construction and work machines on site.
