Wrong fuel? We’ll come to you!

If you’ve filled up with the wrong fuel, it’s important to remove it from the tank and fuel lines as quickly as possible. Please stay calm, but be sure to keep the engine switched off. We’ll come to you and are usually on site within 30 to 45 minutes. We’ll pump out the wrong fuel and bring you the right petrol or diesel. In most cases, you’ll be back on the road in just 30 minutes.

Our locations

Our service vans set out from three locations and cover the whole region. The van that is closest at the time comes to you – in Düsseldorf usually within 15 to 35 minutes, elsewhere usually within 30 to 45 minutes.
