At a glance: We drain misfuelled fuel—petrol, diesel or AdBlue—around the clock, right where you are: at the petrol station, roadside or in a car park. We operate our own service with locations in Willich, Krefeld and Düsseldorf; we do not act as an intermediary. In Düsseldorf, we’re usually there within 15–35 minutes; elsewhere, typically within 30–45 minutes. Prices start at €95 including VAT; with call-out and disposal, the total is usually around €300 and never more than €600—a fixed price agreed in advance over the phone. Is your engine juddering or cutting out? Could you have filled up with the wrong fuel? Don’t drive any further—switch off the engine immediately. Call us and we’ll come straight to you from our nearest location, usually within 15–35 minutes in Düsseldorf and 30–45 minutes elsewhere. 

Most misfuelling incidents involve petrol in a diesel tank, because the diesel nozzle is wider than the petrol nozzle. But diesel in a petrol tank happens too, even though this type of misfuelling is less common and more difficult to do.
